As the founder and executive director of Chasing Your Dreams Inc., Ira Chase is dedicated to reversing underperforming employment outcomes in historically oppressive communities. He uses progressive leadership experience to build innovative workforce development systems and strategies in marginalized communities. The programs are designed to increase employability, self-esteem, and leadership.
Mr. Chase has over 20 years of servant leadership sales and marketing experience he offers competitive and effective hands-on training to improve the effectiveness of sustainable employment outcomes. He is a dedicated husband, father of five children,
co-owner of HoodFellas Bistro & Catering, HoodFellas Mobile Kitchen, and founder
of Chase Venture Group.
Mr. Thompson has been influencing youth and young adults in Baltimore City and the surrounding communities for over a decade. The former culinary supervisor at Towson State University has extensive experience in commercial kitchen management, community education, and corporate facilitation. As the co-owner of HoodFellas Bistro & Catering and HoodFellas Mobile Kitchen, he offers valuable insight to prospective business owners.
Mr. Thompson enjoys cooking with his fiancé and three children.
Mrs. Chase is an expert in team building, operations management, and developing corporate and community partnerships. As a seasoned logistical coordinator, she offers a wealth of knowledge to create customized workforce development plans. As the owner of Chasing Tags, Mrs. Chase inspires women to become entrepreneurs.
